What we collect
Best Attorney For Wills is a set of static pages. There is no login, no newsletter signup, no quiz, and no contact form. We do not ask for your name, your email, your address, your phone number, or anything about your family or your estate — and because there is nowhere to enter it, we could not collect it if we wanted to.
Server logs
The pages are hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard technical request information — the page requested, the time, an IP address, a browser user-agent — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We have not added any analytics product to these pages. If we later switch on our host’s aggregate traffic counts to see which pages get read, we will say so here; either way we do not attempt to identify individual visitors and we do not combine that data with anything else.
Cookies and tracking
We set no advertising cookies and run no third-party advertising or social tracking scripts on this site.
Partner links
Some pages may carry links to companies that sell estate-planning documents or services. These are labeled on the page, and are explained in full on our about and disclosure page. As of this site carries no partner links at all.
When a partner link is added, clicking it hands you off to that company’s own website. From that point on you are covered by theirprivacy policy, not ours, and they may set their own cookies to record that the visit came from us. We never pass them anything about you, because we never have anything about you. If you would rather not be tracked by a partner, do not use the link — go to the company’s site directly. The information on our pages is exactly the same either way.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a company holds about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Ours is a short list to act on: we hold no account data, no mailing list, and no profile about you, and we do not sell or share personal information.
- Access or deletion: write to us and we will tell you what, if anything, is associated with your request. In almost every case the answer will be nothing.
- Do not sell or share my personal information: nothing to opt out of — we do not do it.
- Children: this site is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes — for example when a partner link is added — we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions about privacy go to privacy@bestattorneyforwills.com.
One last note, because of what this site is about: please do not email us the contents of a will, a death certificate, or details about your family’s estate. We are not a law firm, we cannot advise you, and we would rather you did not send sensitive documents to a publisher. Take those to an attorney licensed in your state.
